FastAdWise.ai Inc. ("FastAdWise", "we") provides an AI-assisted advertising dashboard to set up, monitor and optimize Meta ads. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.

Data We Process
A. Account & Service Data
(you provide or is collected when you use the Service)
Name, email, company, hashed password, workspace settings; technical data (IP, device, logs), support messages.
B. Meta Marketing API Data
Only for assets you explicitly select:
- •ads_read (read-only): insights/analytics (e.g., spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, actions/action_values).
- •business_management: list Businesses/Ad Accounts you manage to attach the chosen Business to your workspace.
- •pages_manage_ads: create/update ads only when you request (e.g., launch/pause).
- •pages_show_list: list Pages you manage so you can choose the Page identity.
Important: We do not act on assets you didn't select. We do not sell personal data.
C. Billing & Payments
We do not store full card or bank details. Payments are processed by Stripe as our processor. Stripe receives payment data directly and processes it under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS controls.
Purposes & Legal Bases
Provide core features (analytics, campaign creation/management per your request, rule-based automations/alerts). Legal basis (GDPR): contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service (fraud prevention, logs, metrics). Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Billing and account communications. Legal basis: contract/legal obligation.
Optional emails/betas only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Sharing & Processors
We share data only with:
Processors (hosting, logging/analytics, email, payments (Stripe)) under DPAs and confidentiality.
Meta via the Marketing API within the scopes/Business context you selected.
Legal when required by law or to protect rights/users.
We do not sell or "share" personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising (CPRA).
International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary technical/organizational measures.
Retention
Account/Service data: for the life of your account and up to 6 months after closure (or earlier on request), unless law requires longer.
Cached insights used for dashboards/alerts: minimized and rotated; typically kept up to 180 days.
Security/log data: kept up to 12 months, unless needed longer for investigations/compliance.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, role-based access, least-privilege keys, audit logging, vendor DPAs/PCI-DSS (Stripe). No method is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.
Your Rights
Where applicable (e.g., EEA/UK, certain US state laws), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing; you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact: info@fastadwise.ai. You can lodge a complaint with your local Supervisory Authority.
Cookies
We use essential cookies (login/session, security) and, where required by law, consent-based analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser and (where available) in product settings.
Children
Our Service targets businesses and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes
We may update this Policy for product/legal/security reasons. We'll post a new "Last updated" date and notify admins where appropriate.
Data Deletion & Account Closure
You can request deletion at any time. We will:
Deactivate access;
Remove stored analytics caches and ad objects we created on your instruction;
Delete or anonymize remaining personal data unless we must keep it for legal reasons (e.g., billing records).

Performance Disclaimer & Dedicated Account Manager Scope
1. No Performance Guarantee (Applies to All Subscription Plans)
FastAdWise is an AI-powered campaign creation and optimization automation platform.
Regardless of subscription tier, FastAdWise does not guarantee:
- Sales results
- Revenue outcomes
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Conversion rates
- Lead volume
- Profitability
- Business growth metrics
Performance outcomes are influenced by multiple external factors beyond FastAdWise's control, including but not limited to:
- Product-market fit
- Pricing strategy
- Offer structure
- Landing page performance
- Audience selection
- Market conditions
- Competition
- Platform algorithm changes
Subscription fees grant access to the FastAdWise platform and its AI-powered automation features. They do not constitute a guarantee of financial or commercial results.
Failure to achieve expected performance outcomes shall not constitute grounds for refund, dispute, chargeback, or legal claim.
2. Dedicated Account Manager – Scope of Service
Subscriptions that include access to a Dedicated Account Manager are subject to the following conditions:
2.1 Communication & Availability
The Dedicated Account Manager communicates primarily via email. Up to one (1) meeting per week may be scheduled upon request and subject to availability.
2.2 Purpose of Support
Meetings and communications are strictly limited to:
- Technical issues related to the FastAdWise platform
- Bug reports or system errors
- Questions regarding FastAdWise modules
- Review and discussion of campaigns created through FastAdWise
The purpose of such meetings is operational and platform-related support only.
2.3 No Performance-Based Consulting
The Dedicated Account Manager service does not include:
- Sales strategy consulting
- Revenue analysis outside the platform
- ROAS guarantees
- Business performance guarantees
- Strategic marketing consulting unrelated to FastAdWise-generated campaigns
Users may not request meetings for the purpose of disputing or demanding specific sales or performance outcomes.
2.4 Optimization Authority
Where deemed appropriate based on system data insights, the Dedicated Account Manager may apply manual optimization adjustments within the FastAdWise user panel. Such actions are considered part of the service scope. In future system updates where optimization becomes fully automated, recommendations may be provided within the platform for user implementation.
2.5 Campaign Scope Limitation
The Dedicated Account Manager is responsible only for campaigns created through the FastAdWise platform. FastAdWise assumes no responsibility for:
- Campaigns created manually outside the platform
- Third-party or agency-managed campaigns
- Advertising activities not generated via FastAdWise
3. Advertising Platform Responsibility Disclaimer
FastAdWise operates solely as an automation and campaign management platform that integrates with third-party advertising platforms such as Meta through officially provided APIs. FastAdWise does not control, manage, or influence the internal policies, moderation systems, or enforcement actions of any advertising platform. As such, FastAdWise shall not be responsible for any actions taken by advertising platforms, including but not limited to:
- Advertising account suspensions
- Account restrictions
- Ad disapprovals
- Policy violations determined by the platform
- Temporary or permanent account shutdowns
All advertising accounts remain fully subject to the policies, review systems, and enforcement decisions of the respective advertising platform. Use of the FastAdWise platform does not exempt users from compliance with the advertising platform's terms, policies, or guidelines.
Any restriction, suspension, or enforcement action taken by the advertising platform shall not constitute grounds for refund, dispute, chargeback, or legal claim against FastAdWise.
Meta-Specific Summary
(for reviewers)Scopes: ads_read (read-only), business_management (list/select context), pages_manage_ads (create/manage on user action), pages_show_list (list Pages).
Use: dashboards, user-requested campaign creation/updates, rule-based pauses/optimizations, alerts.
Scope control: limited strictly to user-selected Business/Ad Accounts/Pages.
Exports: we export data only when the user explicitly requests; we never sell personal data.
Payments: handled by Stripe; we do not store full payment details.
Data Deletion

To delete your FastAdWise account and personal data, email info@fastadwise.ai with subject "Data Deletion Request" from your account email, or request deletion in your workspace (where available). We will delete cached Meta insights, workspace data, and ad objects created via our platform within 30 days, except data we must retain for legal/accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. After deletion, reconnecting Meta will require new authorization.
