This Agreement governs your access to and use of the services offered via the website

and associated dashboard/application (the "Service") by FastAdWise.ai Inc ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering for, accessing or using the Service, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts and at least 18 years old. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Sharing your account credentials or using another's account is prohibited.

The Service enables you to connect your own advertising account on the Meta platform, and create, manage and optimise ad campaigns within your authorised ad account. You may only use the Service to manage ad accounts to which you legally have access and have authorised via Meta. You must not use the Service to manage ad accounts on behalf of others unless you have proper authorisation.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis: a free 1‑week trial, followed by monthly or quarterly plans as described on our website. Payment is processed via Stripe.

Once your subscription is activated and you begin using the Service, no refunds will be issued for the subscription fee.

All rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including software, technologies, content, trademarks and trade names ("Company IP"), belong solely to the Company or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable and revocable right to access and use the Service as permitted under these Terms.

You retain ownership of your own data and ad‑account content you supply to the Service.

These Terms remain in effect until your subscription is cancelled or terminated by you or the Company. You may cancel your account via the dashboard at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and the Company may delete or archive your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, data or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. The Company's total aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors and employees from any claim, loss, liability, demand or damage (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or infringement of third‑party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Service, and supersede all prior agreements. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of such right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.
